This position contributes to our vision by:

• Comply with the financial targets of EBIT and working capital savings, through the implementation of effective Lean‑Sigma initiatives and improvement projects.
• Support workplace safety, facility operations, and basic security oversight.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist with general office security measures.
• Manage the employee improvement suggestion program.
• Ensure effectiveness of the Safran + department.
• Monitor and support compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Assist with chemical and waste management as needed.
• Coordinate and support emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response activities.
• Assist in delivering HSE awareness training programs, risk assessments, safety audits, and monthly safety committee meetings.
• Participate in new‑hire safety and health orientation sessions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE standards across all sites.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans under guidance of HSE leadership.
• Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.

High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience in Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement and Health, Safety and Environment.

Requires at least 1 year of experience in the aerospace sector, or equivalent experience preferred.
