This position contributes to our vision by:
Responsibilities- Comply with the financial targets of EBIT and working capital savings, through the implementation of effective Lean‑Sigma initiatives and improvement projects.
- Support workplace safety, facility operations, and basic security oversight.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist with general office security measures.
- Manage the employee improvement suggestion program.
- Ensure effectiveness of the Safran + department.
- Monitor and support compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.
- Assist with chemical and waste management as needed.
- Coordinate and support emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response activities.
- Assist in delivering HSE awareness training programs, risk assessments, safety audits, and monthly safety committee meetings.
- Participate in new‑hire safety and health orientation sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE standards across all sites.
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans under guidance of HSE leadership.
- Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.

High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience in Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement and Health, Safety and Environment.
Requires at least 1 year of experience in the aerospace sector, or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge / skills- Understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety best practice
