Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing leadership in a service location and the training of employees and customers associated with their location. It includes customer service in the delivery, pickup, and service of medical equipment, including loading and unloading in company vehicles. The role also involves administrative duties such as inventory maintenance of products, parts, disposables and supplies. In the absence of service center management, the individual serves as the service center designee and assumes the associated responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership in a service location and train employees and customers associated with that location.
- Deliver, pick up and service medical equipment, including loading and unloading in company vehicles.
- Perform administrative duties, including inventory maintenance of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
- When service center management is absent, serve as the service center designee and assume associated responsibilities.
- Train service center employees on operational protocols and processes, and train customers on Solventum products through basic troubleshooting protocols.
- Ensure operational compliance with company and departmental policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide input on employee performance and oversee the facility to include metrics and required use of couriers.
- Prepare medical equipment (cleaning and disinfecting) and documentation for use and return; execute research for missing and misplaced equipment.
- Prioritize equipment needs to execute daily customer support needs, including quantity, time frame and resource allocation.
- Load and unload medical devices and supplies.
- Process documentation for delivery and retrieval of products.
- Maintain appearance of facilities and vehicles, ensuring routine maintenance is completed and recorded as required by policy.
- Act as the service center designee and assume the responsibilities of the person in charge of the location.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start).
- Minimum of five (5) years of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year of combined experience in a team lead and/or supervisory capacity.
- Possession of a current, valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a non‑traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties.
- Maintain physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Experience navigating customer escalations with a solution‑based approach.
- Experience with prioritizing customer urgent activities and resolving issues onsite.
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate direct reports of all experience levels.
- Desire to be part of a team and have self‑initiative to work independently.
- Excellent follow‑up / follow‑through.
- May be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities, which may require certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials (prerequisites to entry).
- All information related to prerequisites to entry will be kept in accordance with applicable law and Solventum policies.
- This role requires driving a company vehicle; candidates must undergo pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history.

Up to 10% domestic travel may be required. - Relocation:
Relocation is not authorized. - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Compensation range: $52,320 – $71,940 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible).
