What This Job Involves

The Workplace Experience Ambassador delivers exceptional daily client experiences through proactive communication, enhanced engagement, and personalized service. You’ll strengthen partnerships between JLL, service providers, and clients while developing your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to training centers and meeting services.
  • Execute Experience/Ambassador services in a manner consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image and applicable local laws, rules and regulations.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of the campus to include training centers, meeting rooms and food service locations onsite, and provide assessments of workplace experience services to ensure compliance.
  • Assist the experience services team in supporting after‑hours events as needed.
  • Support data collection, analysis and reporting to align with client goals and objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed performance, team, and client goals.
  • Organize, host, and operationalize key engagement events within the assigned client location.
  • Provide backup support to receptionists, schedule lunch breaks and PTO requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with the account team across all business lines.
  • Assist with third‑party vendor relationships and service partners to maximize service delivery.
  • Manage early training room and conference center group arrivals as required.
  • Identify potential risks and elevate them to prevent privacy breaches or security incidents.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging analytics, best practices, new tools, process re‑engineering, and other ideas.
  • Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services and assist with client events as needed.
  • Serve as a training center event concierge and manage conference room bookings, resolving scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1‑3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real‑estate knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of internal and external customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, leading or following, respectful, cooperative, accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and professional presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management.
  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, Outlook).
