In this role, you'll schedule and coordinate installations and service visits for stairlifts, ramps, and other accessibility solutions, ensuring technicians, customers, and sales teams stay aligned. Responsibilities include managing work orders, confirming site and product readiness, communicating timelines, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
