Life Coach

Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their needs and goals

Create and implement individualized coaching plans based on client's goals and objectives

Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients through coaching sessions and follow-up communication

Use various coaching techniques and tools to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes

Monitor and track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans as needed

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies and techniques

Collaborate with other coaches and team members to support clients' overall well-being and success

Uphold the integrity and values of Lakepoint Wichita in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field

Certified Life Coach with a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience

Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in goal setting, action planning, and follow-up support

Understanding of different coaching techniques and ability to apply them effectively

Strong knowledge of personal growth and development principles

Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passionate about helping others reach their full potential
