Lead Product Manager – Intellectual Property

• Own product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes for a major product portfolio
• Identify market opportunities and unmet customer needs
• Drive innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle
• Work with cross-functional teams, leading the delivery of high-impact products
• Advocate for customers and establish scalable product management frameworks
• Responsible for delivering business outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Responsible for product success metrics, adoption and retention
• Manage all end-to-end aspects of development and delivery
• Deliver strategic insights that impact the company
• Mentor and support team members across the organization
• Create and implement frameworks designed to elevate product team’s performance
• Build and manage key processes that enhance operational efficiency
• Advocate for customer feedback throughout the organization
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive scalability and enhance overall company performance
• Mentor leaders in other teams, sharing insights and best practices

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 10+ years of experience in a product-related role, ideally a technical product manager or similar
• Prior work experience with AI products/platforms
• 5+ years of experience working closely with clients to develop product solutions and relationships
• Prior experience launching new products
• 5+ years of experience partnering with sales to support GTM
• Intellectual Property experience or knowledge (desired)
• Prior experience working in IP legal, IP examination, or as a paralegal (desired)
• Prior experience working in a tech start up or similar with product launches (desired)
• Experience working with executive level stakeholders (desired)

Demonstrates expertise in product strategy and management, with a strong focus on driving innovative solutions and delivering business outcomes. Proven ability to mentor teams, advocate for customer needs, and enhance operational efficiency across cross-functional initiatives.
