How You Will Contribute Own the Operating System
Project and program management across the initiative
Lead ongoing prioritization across work streams.
Develop and maintain knowledge management systems across the Radius Initiatives
Drive a product team operating rhythm
Run the operational side of Radius strategy; providing the systems and checkpoints to ensure the investments team partners on strategy through its frameworks mandate
Operationalize market strategy alignment by administering standards and running the market cadence that keeps four markets aligned to one strategy
Lead internal strategy coordination for other Stand Together initiatives aligned to Radius goals
Own relay operations - tracking market-based solutions through their stages across markets - ensuring local experimentation stays local
Steward the shared protocols for partnership - common signals, measures, and portability standards that travel across markets while implementations stay local
Run coordination for external communications, including presentation preparation
Ensure a high degree of execution across the executive support function
Track funder commitments as an input to development and portfolio planning
Interface with the Stand Together Foundation Investments team to deliver market-side operational data.
8+ years of operations leadership experience
, including a strong track record of designing, improving, and scaling operational systems across multiple sites, markets, or regions.Exceptional systems-thinking skills with the ability to build structures, processes, and operating rhythms that increase effectiveness without creating unnecessary complexity. You know how to create clarity, accountability, and consistency while keeping teams agile and mission-focused.
