Mid-Level Integrated Business Team Leader

• Provide business leadership in support of the Program Management Office and Program Manager, managing day-to-day program performance and supporting achievement of program objectives and business plans.
• Manage business requirements supporting the program and maintain Program Tier 0 and Tier 2 master plans/schedules.
• Establish and maintain organization and work breakdown structures.
• Establish and manage program cadence, performance reporting, and communication plans.
• Maintain the program RIO profile and affordability cost model.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan.
• Ensure robust change management controls and forums.
• Maintain program organization structures, documentation, and Earned Value Management status.
• Support implementation of program management standards and best practices.
• Coordinate baselines and change activities for program finances and resources.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in business, administration, or metric analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to manage through influence and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA Preferred But Not Required.
• Experience with Change, Risk, and Affordability Management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with development and/or sustaining programs, proposals, and estimating.
• Experience operating within a matrix organization.
• Integrated program planning and scheduling experience.
• Cross-functional project management experience.
• Experience leading Integrated Business Teams (IBTs).
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
