Residential Construction Manager

Overview

We're looking for a full time employee to join our construction team with an established home builder and land developer in Wichita.

• Oversee subs, staff and work ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness;
• Able to work independently with a track record that supports that;
• Prepare and clean up construction sites and development;
• Load, move, and unload materials, tools, and equipment;
• Use and maintain an assortment of hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment;
• Other duties as assigned potentially including sheetrock repair, trim, and paint touchup;
• Dependable and punctual;
• Able to follow instructions efficiently and effectively;
• Follow all health and safety regulations;

• Construction experience required;
• Handyman experience a plus;
• Self-motivator capable of staying focused on tasks;
• Able to adapt to changing plans due to weather or priority shift;
• Skilled in time management, following directions, and good communicator;
• Able to lift 25+ pounds;
• Able to work in a variety of weather conditions;
• Excellant organizational skills;
• Valid Drivers license
