Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate sales estimates and manage contract variations
- Interpret plans and specifications to cost materials, labour, and time
- Collaborate with design and drafting teams to optimise early‑stage costings
- Source and review supplier and trade quotes
- Support sales and business development with timely estimating input
- Maintain forecasting, VPB updates, and internal documentation
- Qualification in Building & Construction or relevant trade background
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills
- Well organised with excellent written and verbal communication
