Job Location Wichita, KS

• Utilize estimating software to read and analyze construction drawings for accurate takeoff quantities
• Assist in preparing competitive estimates for both self-performed and subcontracted work
• Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Review subcontractor bids to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support The Law Company’s goals and objectives

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Ability to maintain an organized workspace
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft application
• Solid communication skills and the ability to cooperate with other employees
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
• Construction or other Estimating experience preferred
