Superintendent - Per Diem

Position: Superintendent - Per Diem Offered
Trillium Construction is hiring for Traveling Superintendents to oversee the ground-up construction of fast-food restaurants across the country!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, overseeing site development, carpentry, concrete, or framing, and experience working with MEP contractors.

Duties:
-Lead day-to-day jobsite operations and subcontractors
-Maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
-Create lookahead schedules
-Maintain daily logs and documentation in Procore
-Enforce QSR, and SWPPP requirements
-Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and clients
-Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress

Compensation:
-Pay rate between $40/hr - $50/hr
-Per diem
-M/V/D benefits

Qualification:

-5-10 years of previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
-Must have experience with ground-up fast-food restaurant construction
-Must have experience with site development on new construction projects
-Proficient in Procore, MS Office programs
-OSHA 10 or 30 certifications
-Ability to travel nationwide
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
