Job Title:
Sales & Operations Manager – Allied Crane

Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing operations and sales processes for Allied Crane. This role manages projects from cradle to grave, requiring ability to organize, lead, and support day-to-day operations.

• Monitor production and ensure that projects are completed on time and under budget.
• Identify new opportunities in the market and provide input for pricing and services.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor financial performance, including job costing, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Schedule and allocate cranes, transportation, and crews.
• Maintain an organized, safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Provide status reports regarding production and anticipated challenges to company leadership.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction.
• Proven experience in sales growth and operations management.
• Ability to interpret plans and provide clear direction regarding all required specifications.
• Must have knowledge of and strict adherence to OSHA Construction Standards.
• Ability to collaborate with others, including peers, clients and code officials.
• Must stay current on emerging industry trends/technology and pursue continuous improvement.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

• NCCCO certification is highly preferred but not required.
