Residential Construction Superintendent

Brad Bachman Homes, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee daily job site operations and manage residential construction projects.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus potential performance bonuses.

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on assigned projects.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Monitor quality to ensure work meets company standards.
• Identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Perform or assist with minor construction tasks when needed to keep projects moving.
• Assist with job site organization, material handling, and coordination of deliveries.

• Residential construction experience required.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to perform occasional hands‑on construction work as needed.
• Ability to read and understand residential construction plans.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• No DUI convictions.
