We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, managing resources, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in line with company standards.

- Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
- Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and subcontractors on-site
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with Government projects preferred
- Background in civil construction, utility work & concrete placement skills preferred
- Current/Valid Driver’s License in any class
