Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager (PM), Commercial to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and delivering complex commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in project and construction management, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing and presenting regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in project and construction management, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale, complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Day‑to‑Day
  • Conducting project meetings to align teams and stakeholders on objectives and progress.
  • Reviewing and approving project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Addressing any on‑site challenges or changes in project scope.
  • Collaborating with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed on all project sites.
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
