We're seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial construction projects on behalf of one of our top-tier clients known for delivering complex, large-scale builds. This organization has built a reputation for executing landmark projects with precision, strong leadership, and a collaborative team culture. You’ll play a critical role driving projects from early planning through final delivery while working alongside experienced construction professionals.
ObjectiveTake full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring seamless coordination, strong financial performance, and successful delivery of complex builds including arena and large hospitality developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project execution across all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and cost expectations
- Oversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and field coordination efforts
- Manage project schedules and budgets using established tools and reporting systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including superintendents, coordinators, and leadership to drive progress
- Ensure successful project closeout, including documentation, client handoff, and final deliverables
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven background delivering arena construction or large hospitality projects
- Strong experience with Primavera or similar scheduling tools
- Demonstrated leadership overseeing multiple project stakeholders and teams
- Experience managing project financials, including forecasting and cost control
- Knowledge of MEP systems and integration within commercial builds
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Ability to lead projects independently with minimal ramp‑up time
