Heartland Rail Services, a division of Bettis Asphalt & Construction, Inc., is seeking a Track Laborer to support track construction and maintenance efforts. The role requires operating hand and railroad tools, maintaining equipment, and keeping work sites organized.
Candidate must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather, pass drug and background screenings, and be able to work any shift including weekends. Prior construction experience is helpful but not required.
