This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlledtechnologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employmentunder U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement ofbeing a “U.S. Citizen”.

Ennovar is looking for a Coordinator to work at JAKSConstruction.

• Assist with creating and maintaining project schedules, tasklists, and documentation in Job Tread.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding project timelines, deliveries, quotes, and required documents.
• Participate in site visits and inspections and help maintaindaily logs, project photos, and progress updates.
• Support the completion of punch lists, closeout documents, andclient communications.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs using project plans and specifications.
• Request, collect, and organize subcontractor and supplierpricing.
• Help prepare project estimates and maintain current materialpricing information.
• Assist with developing scopes of work, proposals, andpresentation materials.
• Support lead intake, follow-up, and organization of the sales pipeline.
• Attend networking and community events with team members.
• Help collect client reviews, referrals, and testimonials.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalenthands‑on experience or interest in the trades may be considered.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability tofollow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability and willingness to learn new software, including
  
  JobTread, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, coach‑able, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required fortravel to customer and project sites.
• Ability to work on active job sites, including walking, standing,occasional lifting, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

Work is performed on site at JAKS Construction 5025 E Kellogg Dr.Wichita, KS.

Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchangeinformation.
