Syndeo is seeking a detail-driven residential construction Estimator to support custom and production homebuilding by analyzing blueprints, specs, and site conditions to estimate labor, materials, and time. You will translate blueprints into cost estimates and manage takeoffs to align with budget and margins.
In this role, you will perform on-screen takeoffs using Plan Swift, obtain bids, and enter data in the Mark Systems ERP, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the project lifecycle.
