Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead key projects from start to finish for a company based in the storage sector. You'll oversee redevelopment of existing buildings, new builds, and mixed-use schemes — all delivered on time and on budget.

• £40,000 base salary. £50,000 – £70,000 OTE with Project Completion Bonus.

You’ll have a strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis. QS skills are a bonus. A RICS qualification is nice to have, but not essential — we care more about what you can deliver.

• Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management.
• Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings.
• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave.

• Lead projects from inception through completion, keeping everything on time and within budget.
• Coordinate our internal team, suppliers, and contractors to make sure work runs smoothly.
• Develop clear project scopes for commercial builds and refurbs, with solid plans for stakeholders.
• Manage resources and track progress across all projects.
• Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost variations with solid verification techniques.
• Report performance to management, flag issues early, and keep all parties in the loop.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and get hands-on experience across every aspect of self-storage development. This is a chance to shape real projects while contributing directly to the company's growth
