Project Foreman

Southwestern Remodeling is seeking a Project Foreman to oversee residential remodeling projects and field crews throughout the Wichita area. This role is responsible for jobsite leadership, scheduling coordination, quality control and maintaining excellent communication with customers and team members.

• Supervise daily jobsite operations and field crews
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workflow
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to company standards
• Communicate with homeowners regarding project progress
• Monitor quality control and resolve onsite challenges
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors and jobsite logistics
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional jobsite environment

• Extensive construction or remodeling experience preferred
• Experience leading teams and managing jobsites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and maintain project momentum
• Commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
