The right candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from contract award through project closeout.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with scope and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, including glass, aluminum, hardware, and specialty items.
  • Monitor shop fabrication and field installation progress, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to company leadership.
  • Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot project challenges effectively.
  • Foster strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the glazing, construction, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and entrance systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
