Construction Project Manager

We're hiring experienced Project Managers to lead complex industrial construction and capital projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.

This is an onsite position in the Wichita, Kansas area

You'll own industrial projects from kickoff through completion, serving as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors and internal teams.

Your work will include:

• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules and forecasts
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, engineering and field teams
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts and scopes of work
• Managing procurement, change orders, invoicing and project costs
• Identifying project risks and driving solutions
• Communicating directly with customers throughout the project
• Traveling to project sites for kickoffs, major milestones and closeout
• Helping deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget

We're interested in Project Managers who have managed complex construction or capital projects.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 2-3+ years of project management experience
• Experience owning budgets, schedules, contracts and project execution
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and/or engineering teams
• Ability to read construction or engineering drawings
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field OR equivalent hands-on project experience

Experience with P&IDs, AutoCAD, industrial process facilities or large capital projects is a plus, but you do not need to check every box to be considered.
