Onsite Representative

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Onsite Representative.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

The On-Site Representative is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

About you

You are a high school graduate with proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact experience, and the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers. Demonstrated excellence and a commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace are essential.

You possess fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow. Most importantly, you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
