Position ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending services
- Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams
- Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems
- Maintain detailed records and follow company procedures
- Uphold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings
- Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
