- Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, answering calls and emails with a warm and helpful attitude.
- Listen carefully to client inquiries, provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general support needs.
- Help resolve client issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish.
- Maintain organized and accurate client records in our system.
- Kansas Property & Casualty License preferred
- Claim experience is preferred.
- Bilingual is a huge plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
