Customer Service Representative
R.D. Henry & Co. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, permanent position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Process and track orders and warranties, as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely, effective solutions.
- Proactively communicate with assigned customers through the order confirmation process.
- Document all daily activity in the CRM database to track calls and emails to customers.
- Manage all outsourced products for assigned customers.
- Process credit memos and audit orders to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with factory representatives in a clear and professional manner.
- Complete, scan, and file necessary paperwork.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Results-oriented while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Job Qualification and
Education:
Knowledge and experience within the cabinet industry considered an asset. - Work‑related skill, knowledge, and experience are required.
- Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, prioritization, and time management.
- Competitive pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE).
