Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to assist with customer enabling activities within the order management and claims process. This position supports internal teams and customers by ensuring smooth claim resolution, accurate documentation, and efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have experience handling administrative processes, using CRM and ERP tools, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and resolving obstacles in the claims management process in collaboration with sales, account management, and customer service teams.
  • Update internal stakeholders on claim status and assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and process claim documentation in accordance with established company procedures.
  • Support resolution of routine administrative and clerical issues related to claim investigations and processing.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding credit memos, debit memos, and payment deductions.
  • Handle moderately complex customer service and administrative tasks under general supervision.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff or management as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer service and order management functions.
