Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service Support in Wichita, KS
Employment Type: Contract
Pay rate: $18-$19/hr
Responsibilities:
- Support order management activities including order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Assist in identifying order management process issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Update internal stakeholders on order status, delays, and related issues.
- Generate and maintain order-related documentation according to established procedures.
- Resolve routine administrative and clerical issues related to order processing.
- Verify customer orders by confirming credit status, contracts, pricing, inventory availability, and transportation alignment.
- Provide customer-facing representatives with accurate information regarding order status, invoices, and contract balances.
- Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, and customer support tasks while escalating more complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, order management, administrative support, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow established procedures.
Preferred
Qualification:
- Experience supporting order management, customer enabling, supply chain, or logistics operations.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling customer inquiries related to orders, invoices, pricing, or fulfillment.
