Customer Service Associate
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Associate within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be someone who truly enjoys helping clients to help drive client success. You will report directly to the Direct Accounts Manager.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Wichita, KS.
- Company-issued equipment.
- Formal, hands-on training.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Efficiently and professionally handling customer calls and emails from clients and CLC hotel partners
- Managing customer issues using best-in-class courtesy, tact, and diplomacy as well as applying active listening and empathy skills
- Relating to each individual's customers' needs, accurately answering questions, identifying problems, and presenting solutions
- Creating client value by consulting with clients to introduce program features and services to match client lodging program needs
- Researching client disputes and ensure timely resolution
- Redirecting customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate
- Reviewing outstanding balance accounts and contacting clients weekly as part of the team's collection efforts
- Performing additional customer service duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to multi-task by handling high call volume and email traffic
- A team player with the confidence and passion to help our customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to develop rapport on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer functions
