Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Scholfield Honda is looking for a Part-Time Director of First Impressions! As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face that ensures every customer has a positive experience from the moment they arrive. If you love providing friendly assistance and guiding guests to the right resources, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate department or staff member

Answer a multi-line phone system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments

Sort and distribute daily mail efficiently

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma preferred but not required

Completion of drug and background screening

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Schedule:

Part-Time Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM - 7 PMEvery Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM
