• Full Time Positions: rotating Monday – Friday 10am-6pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm. Closed Sundays!

Requirements:

• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work full time
• A high school degree or equivalent
• Basic computer and data entry experience
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Collections experience preferred
• Criminal background check
• Consumer credit check
• Drug screen

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service
• Loan processing
• Cash handling
• Collection calls
