We are opening a newly renovated clinic located on the south side of Wichita, KS, committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals and families in our community. Our modern facility is designed to support a collaborative and efficient work environment for both patients and staff.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician (MD/DO) specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of post-residency experience and a strong desire to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

  • 36 hours/week of direct patient care
  • 4 hours/week of administrative time
  • Rotating Saturday mornings (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across the lifespan (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics).
  • Conduct patient assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings.
  • Provide preventive care, education, and counseling to patients and families.
Qualifications
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
    .
  • Unrestricted medical license in the state of Kansas (or ability to obtain).
  • Current DEA registration.
  • 2+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
