This role supports the structural management of the Grow Kids Ministry at the designated campus, including leadership and staff management. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining team members and executing engaging, God-filled content and services for children and families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children’s ministry, experience working with diverse adults, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

They must be a professional communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule childcare for Sunday services.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from Campus Location Parents.
  • Answer general phone calls about check-in inquiries, custody issues, court orders, and children’s attendance records
  • Directly oversee security and communication with the campus Grow Kids team
  • Assist team leaders in contacting new Grow Teamers to get them assimilated into the teams.
  • Process workflows for new Grow Teamers, and add all progress notes and connections.
  • Lead Grow Kids Coaches to build teams and ensure proper training of Grow teamers
  • Weekly meetings with team members-(phone call, lunches, dinners).
  • Review and respond to weekly campus reports from all Grow Kids Coaches.
  • Participate in the Grow Kids department meeting
  • Participate in team nights and weekly meetings to discuss enhancing the Weekend experience and/or upcoming events.
  • Create and manage a healthy community among parents with weekend and Grow Group experiences.
  • Respond to Next Gen Director and Campus Director with emergencies/urgent issues as they arise, and interventions to solve the problems
  • Help maintain all security standards and curriculum for Children that reflects the teaching of Grow Church

REQUIREMENTS

  • An active member of Grow Church
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

WORKING CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • The physical activity of this job includes sitting, standing, and walking for an extended period.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
