Pastor of Student Ministries – Leawood Presbyterian Church, Leawood, Kansas
Leawood Presbyterian Church in Leawood, Kansas, is seeking a Pastor of Student Ministries to oversee middle school and high school programs, cultivate volunteer leaders, and coordinate impactful worship and discipleship experiences. With a firm foundation in Purpose Driven Youth Ministry and XP3 Orange Strategies, you will disciple students in a way that integrates faith into every aspect of their lives. The goal is to see students not just attend church but become lifelong followers of Jesus who influence their schools, communities, and beyond.
In this role you will work closely with a growing team, lead the launch of new ministries such as Rooted (young adults ministry), and help build a vibrant community that values relationships and equips people for everyday life.
We’re looking for a dedicated leader passionate about investing in the next generation and eager to mentor student volunteers and lay leaders.
