Overview /

Job Summary

WSU Tech is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Proctor to provide a secure, professional testing environment for students. This position administers and monitors computerized and paper‑based exams while ensuring compliance with testing standards and college policies.

Your day-to‑day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:

  • Proctor exams including faculty, certification, and final exams
  • Schedule testing appointments and maintain secure materials
  • Monitor testing environments and protect student confidentiality
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and communicate with testing vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide coverage at multiple campus testing centers as needed
Required/Preferred Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree and/or proctoring experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and work independently
