Overview

Oaklawn Elementary School is seeking an Elementary R.I.S.E. Teacher for the school year. With support from the ESSDACK Resilience Team, this teacher will support students who have been long term suspended or expelled, as determined or assigned by a hearing committee. Alongside a paraprofessional, this teacher will provide academic instruction and social emotional support to help students transition back into their classrooms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Current Kansas State Teaching License on file in the Central Office.
Desire to continue career improvement.
