The Direct Action and Research Training Center (DART) invites you to join Justice Together as a community organizer. You’ll spend most of your time in the community, building trust with everyday people of faith and leading them toward collective power.
DART invests in training, with an initial five‑day classroom‑style training and five months of on‑the‑job training, plus ongoing coaching. The compensation includes a starting salary of $52,000 and comprehensive benefits.
