As our Barbering Teacher in Wichita, you will guide eager future barbers through real, hands-on learning that builds lasting skill and confidence, leading from the clinic floor as the dependable presence your students trust. You will demonstrate cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques while showing how to deliver a high-level client experience, then actively coach students as they practice those same skills themselves.

You will create an environment that feels both structured and encouraging, manage your classroom effectively, track individual progress, answer questions as they arise, and continuously help each future professional develop both their technical ability and their confidence behind the chair.

• A current barber license or a barbering instructor license (we will train the right candidate)
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Robust supervisory, collaborative, and documentation abilities
• Consistent work history with references that can be verified
• Integrity, professionalism, dependability, and a true enthusiasm for barbering

• Experience or education in barbering
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell products
• Experience in teaching barbering
