Goddard Public Schools is seeking a Paraprofessional to assist students in the classroom. This position is 35 hours per week
.
The Paraprofessional works under the direction of certified staff to support student learning and classroom activities. This role involves assisting with instruction, reinforcing skills, and helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Qualifications- Previous educational experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
- Provide support to individual students or small groups
- Help reinforce academic and behavioral expectations
- Prepare instructional materials as directed
- Monitor student progress and assist with classroom management
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
