• Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect aircraft structures and components.
• Use hand and power tools (drilling, riveting, bucking) daily.
• Read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Contribute to a safe, high-quality, and team-oriented environment.

• 6+ months in aircraft sheet metal OR equivalent transferable skills with hand and power tools (must be reflected on resume).
• Comfortable working on concrete floors, uneven surfaces, in confined spaces, or at heights.
• Physically able to lift, squat, kneel, and crawl throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime when needed.
• Must complete the Work Keys Assessment (can be done after interview) or provide previous results.
