A reputable university in Wichita, KS is seeking a Research Associate for the NIAR Full Scale Structural Test department to conduct assessments of structural performance and durability in aerospace. The role involves designing research projects, reviewing laboratory procedures, and requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field. Successful candidates will work in a team environment and should have the ability to work with power tools and problem-solve effectively.

The position is full-time with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
