Responsible for retrieving, controlling, and disseminating customer engineering drawings and specification to support all relevant departments during product realization. Assists all departments with any document related issues that may arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing by keeping up-to-date documents available for digital review.
- Retrieve files from 3rd party systems.
- Notify Planning, Quality, Contracts, and Quoting as required when updated engineering is received.
- Maintain engineering related M-Files Document Vaults
- Periodically audit specification and engineering drawings
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Windows file structure required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
- Problem solving skills a must
- Strong communication skills and a good eye to detail
