MRB​/Liaison Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MRB / Liaison Engineer to support aerospace production and repair activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have strong aerostructure experience across metallic and composite structures, with hands‑on involvement in liaison engineering, MRB activities, and production support.

• Provide liaison engineering support for production and repair activities
• Perform MRB activities including concessions, dispositions, and tags
• Support aerostructure design activities for metallic and composite structures
• Review and interpret production processes, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Create and validate repair solutions while maintaining design intent and airworthiness requirements
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, stress, and design teams to resolve production issues
• Support root‑cause investigations and non‑conformance resolution
• Utilize CATIA V5 and 2D drawings to support engineering and repair activities

• Experience as an MRB Engineer or Liaison Engineer within aerospace
• Strong aerostructure knowledge across metallic and composite structures
• Knowledge of MRB processes including concessions, dispositions, and tags
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Experience with CATIA V5 and 2D drawings
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work within fast‑paced manufacturing or production environments
