• Monitor and analyze CAPEX KPIs to ensure optimal investment decisions (e.g. lease vs. buy), balancing cost, technology, usage, and lifecycle value
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, including go / no-go / pivot decisions on capital investments
• Own and develop CAPEX cash forecasting models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization
• Collaborate with ERP and internal systems teams to improve data quality and streamline financial processes
• Identify and elevate organizational and system-related barriers that impact capital efficiency
• Support the development of a 3–5 year capital investment strategy aligned with business goals and cross-functional inputs (Engineering, Supply Chain, Strategy, etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited university or college
• Major experience in engineering, product management, sourcing and/or manufacturing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
• Proven ability to build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, work collaboratively horizontally across the company including listening and problem-solving around complex strategies and initiatives
• Strong technical and financial acumen associated with the procurement and redeployment of assets globally
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%, as required
