- Dispositioning discrepant supplier material tags.
- Designing repairs for discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from advanced composite and metallic materials.
- Interfacing with multiple suppliers and stakeholder groups (such as Structural Analysis, Materials & Processing and Manufacturing personnel) in the design center and build facilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Northrop Grumman MRB EN signature is a plus.
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related professional/military experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 0 years of experience.
- Hands‑on experience in a composites manufacturing facility.
- Experience with military specs and standards.
- Experience with repair processes for advanced composite materials used in aerospace structures.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to employment.
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years related professional/military experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of experience.
- Hands‑on experience in a composites manufacturing facility.
- Experience with military specs and standards.
- Experience with repair processes for advanced composite materials used in aerospace structures.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to employment.
- Current, in‑scope DoD Secret clearance (or higher).
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
- Current NGAS MRB "EN" buy‑off authority.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Experience interfacing with a military customer.
Level 2: $75,100.00 – $. Level 3: $93,300.00 – $.
