Qualifications- Experience in R&D, coatings engineering, or related technical fields.
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Support the development of advanced window coatings using sputtering processes, material science principles, and engineering methods.
- Familiarity with coatings, plasma science, optical properties, electrical characteristics, and vacuum systems is preferred.
