A leading aerospace company is seeking a Bids & Proposal Engineer (Technical Focal) in Wichita. The role involves acting as the engineering representative during the bid phase, developing schedules, and facilitating coordination across disciplines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in aerospace project management, and strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of ITAR regulations is also required. This is a regular position within the Learjet organization.
