Experience supporting the major Aircraft Programs from fabrication thru major assembly. Including Quality Management System approvals, first articles, product conformity, source inspection, process improvements, corrective & preventative actions. Project Lead for APQP Process Improvement Team for Major Supplier, using Process Flow Mapping, PFMEA, Control Plans. Understand the Capability assessment requirements and Full rate production plan as needed from customer. Must have the clear understanding of testing & certification procedures and various manufacturing process.

Provide customer service to all business units through our customer support Inbox. First Article Inspection (FAI) Review and Acceptance. Audit, Review and Approval for startup or new suppliers. Interface & work with FAA during onsite audits posite Structure & Assembly Experience, Including Hand Client-up, and Machine Client-up. Avionics, Wiring and Functional Test Experience, including auditing to requirements. Interface between Customer & to address any product, engineering, system or quality concerns.

Work with Suppliers to address Root Cause Corrective Actions for Product or Quality Management System Issues. Experience working in Composite, Fabrication, Assembly and Machining environments. Review and Analyze Defect Data trends to help with addressing Root Cause Corrective Actions with Suppliers.
